There are a few different ways you can choose to remember Cruelty Free International Trust in your Will — and your solicitor can help you decide which option works best for you:

No, you cannot apply Gift Aid to a gift in your Will because the donor needs to be alive and paying tax in order for the gift to be eligible for Gift Aid.
Will the gift I leave in my Will be tax efficient?
Yes, all charitable gifts are entirely exempt from Inheritance Tax. If you give 10 percent or more of your net estate to charity, your inheritance tax rate drops from 40 percent to 36 percent for your estate.
